Keeping in view the recommendations of NEP (2020), this skill enhancement workshop has been proposed. JNTU Kakinada-Digital Monitoring Cell is organizing a Two-day National Workshop on Virtual Reality on 28th & 29th October 2022 at the Senate Hall, JNTU Kakinada.
Prof. Ramesh Sharma, Former Professor at Wawasan Open University, Malaysia & former Director of Indira Gandhi National Open University and Dr. Yashpaul Sharma ICT Consultant, Central Institute of Educational Technology, NCERT, New Delhi have accepted to be the resource persons for the above program [coming from New Delhi]
This practical hands-on workshop will introduce the participants to the theory, practices and applications of virtual reality (VR).

Pre-requisites:
This course does not expect any prior knowledge of programming. It is designed for anyone who is new to the world of virtual reality, as well as to the skilled professionals like medical doctors or lawyers, and other industry sectors. Upon completion of this course, the participants will be able to create virtual reality content for non-immersive, semi-immersive or fully immersive context.
